A challenging extension which required the right side of the house to be extended with a new master bedroom, walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite. An area for a gym was also constructed with access from the garage. The challenging aspect of this job was reconfiguring the roof line to ensure the existing house complemented the new extension.

Following the completion of the extension, the main bathroom was refurbished to match the high end finish of the new ensuite.

This challenging job was acknowledged after being voted as a finalist for the Master Builders Association Awards in the ‘Renovation under $200,000’ category.

We recently engaged InsideOut to extend and renovate our home. The scope of the work included the construction of a new studio, extension of the master bedroom to incorporate a walk-in wardrobe, and the complete renovation of two bathrooms.

I was referred to InsideOut by a major builder on the basis that they were considered specialists in home renovations.

From the outset, the provcess was very straightforward. The quote was competitive, and Mitch Neil added a lot of value by including items that I had not considered. Drawings and council approvals were all handled for me and Karen Neil even helped with interior design advice and the selection of bathroom fittings.

The construction team led by Adam Potts was professional and the quality of their work was of a high standard. Mitch and Adam have put together a team of tradespeople who are all reliable and with the same efficiency and high standards as they set for themselves.

The job was completed within the contract time and there was also the ability to make variations as the job progressed. Throughout the whole process, a very good client relationship was maintained.

We are very happy with the result. True to their word, they understood what we where trying to achieve and turned it into a reality for us.

In summary, InsideOut were great from start to finish.
